TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.

You and Solaxy waive any objection to such venue, including forum non conveniens.

15. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to the contact in Section 17. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

16. Severability; Entire Agreement; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Solaxy regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
