Solaxy Group is distributing 200,000 fuel-efficient clean cookstoves across underserved communities in Kenya. The project directly reduces emissions, improves indoor air quality, and enhances quality of life for hundreds of thousands of people while generating high-quality, verified carbon credits.

Solaxy is deploying 200,000 fuel-efficient cookstoves to underserved households across Kenya, reaching approximately 1 million people.
Phased Implementation
The project has successfully completed its first phase of distribution and is now advancing into Phase II to expand household coverage.
Long-Term Carbon Impact
The initiative is expected to generate ~723,000 carbon credits annually over a 10-year crediting period, delivering verified climate benefits.

Early Offtake Agreements
Forward contracts with large international buyers have secured carbon credit sales for the first three years of issuance.
Verified Standards
The project is being registered under the Verra Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), with the first issuance scheduled for early 2026.
Community-Partnerships
Implementation is carried out in collaboration with local women’s groups, Members of Parliament offices, and community leaders, ensuring adoption and accountability.
